This is a project we are very proud of. We took a very old home and turned into a modern family space with a beautiful patio, outdoor braai and overall welcoming outdoor living space.
We renovated the existing flatlet with a separate entrance from the back of this property. In an area with very old homes the beautiful modern finishes and look of this property from the street resulted in many neighbors and locals stopping and taking the time to complement the tenants on how phenomenal they found the transformation of this property.
