This project was purchased with the intention of doing a full home flip within a strict budget and thereafter selling it for a profit. This project is a very good example of one of our property investment portfolios. We had a few investors in this home flip, each investor putting forward the amount they were able to with SK being the majority investor. This home flip did exceptionally well with the property being sold for more than the asking price before it went onto market.

Project Information
This project entailed a full renovation of the existing space as well as additional rooms added to the back of the home. When purchased the property was a small 2 bedroom home. Our intention with this space was to create a better flow between the entrance living room, kitchen, and the rest of the home leading into the newly built additions. We love open plan homes made for families and entertaining and that will always come through in the designs of the homes we flip. It was also important to us to create an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, something that was not in place in the existing design.

The Transformation
Extended Living Space: Additional rooms were added to the back of the home, transforming a small 2 bedroom property into a spacious family home.
Open Plan Flow: Created better flow between the entrance, living room, kitchen, and new additions. Open plan design perfect for families and entertaining.
Outdoor Access: We added a patio and sliding door from the office that leads to the outdoor living space. Another thing we love to do – create better ways for the home to be utilized, specially through creating outdoor living spaces.
Master En-Suite: Added an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, a feature that was missing in the original design.

Modern. White with black finishes.
Interior Design
Easy flow right from the front door all the way through to the new patio door. Open plan. More light. Space for communal gathering and entertaining.
Construction Management
Completed in 4 months. SK owner on site management and involvement – an important factor of staying on budget during home flipping investments.
